This ugly thing inside her
writhing, black, and putrid
is eating her alive
tearing her apart
and she hates what shes become
weak,frail, and powerless
shes disgusted with herself
and all her insecurities
shes screaming as loud ads she can
for love,hope, acceptance
but no one can hear her shes all alone
sitting beside a window
watching,wanting, bleeding
for that coveted romance
that place of her dreams
but as she sees her paradise
beautifull, loving, and right
so tangible on the horizon
the evil darkness takes hold of her
pulling her from the light
slowly, painfully, but unstoppable
hating so much this part of herself
tearing at her heart
she cannot overcome it
and in desparing she falls
resigned, drained, and dying
laying in a crimson pool of emotion
the ugly thing within her taking over
