I'm writing again.
That can only mean one thing.
My heart is again awake.
Right when it had cried itself to sleep.
It awoke with a smile,
but now it's worried it's going to cry again.
It doesn't want to but it can't stop itself
if he says goodbye.
My heart will cry until it sleeps again.
How long until it begins to cry?
How long until it falls asleep?
How long until it will wake up again?
Or will it ever wake up again?
Will it even fall asleep?
I don't even know that it's going to cry
but I'm scared it will.
There's hope that it won't;
that would be nice, if it didn't have to.
So, I put trust into him,
even though he is younger than me.
Why did my heart wake up for someone younger?
I don't know but it did,
now all it can do is smile
and wonder if it's going to cry.
One thing's for sure.
My heart is awake again.
