So yeah, that campout.
Twas fun. Sure, we had the little pea-shooters of .22's, but when you're given two fully loaded banana clips and two semi-auto's, it's fun. They make all those neat-o noises, like "Zing!", "Zang", "Brang!", and "Spang!".
Then the shotguns were fun. I'm not writing this entry in any particular chronilogical order, so I got to the shotguns last. It was nice holding it my arms, considering that the last time I shot one was when I was 13-14 and I couldn't shoot for the life of me. I can safely say that my aim has improved drastically since then.
Then there were the big guns. Bigger than shotungs. Shotguns had nothing on these. AK-47's would be on the smaller side of the guns, as I've shot them and can make the comparison pretty easily.
This camping trip in particular is a big this for the male adults at my church. It gives them a chance to show off their toys, except for pistols, as due to a past, near limb-costing experience we've stopped bringing them. Anyway, so since the scoutmaster is liable for the scouts, he brings .22's for the yonger ones and shotguns for the older ones. He does nothing to stop guests from bringing what have they.
So this guy I know comes and brings his arsonal. I can't name the guns due to the amount he had, though I can name a few.
An 1895 Austrian Manlickor (or however it's spelt)
A Mini-M14
308's or whatever those are
And he had a few more. These guns were monstrous. All, according to he, were past military guns. And he brought tons of ammo.
So we had fun. No injuries, shooting random crap we find.
