Only to heal, to warm, my hatred for human kind; my once and only kind.
"But a doll, I am. Too weak to fight for what I long for. Too trapped in these stitches to fight back. Too lonely to cry out for human awknowledgment. Too disbelieving to pray. For a doll I am, and a doll I shall forever be.
"But a doll, I am. Too fake to be boisterous, too loving to break a heart like Shakespeare. Too kind to bow down to Satan. For a doll must not be hate; must not be love. It must be like Shakespeare and his tradgedies. For a doll I am, and a doll I shall forever be.
"But a doll, I am. Too frail to break. Too shy to speak out. For a doll should keep its place. A doll, I am. For who made me believed not in Happy Endings. A doll, I am. I shall not be sweet and kind;sinless;unalive. For that is not what the doll-maker wants. But a doll am I not, as I am too fake, too used, to betrayed, to broken, to be anything else. For I am a doll, and a doll I shall forever be."
