Yeah, today was our last day at the school we've been at for three years. Many tears were shed, and I almost shed a few, too. My MMS experience has been, in one word, outstanding. Others may disagree, but I'm sticking with my story.

6th Grade

Was late for my first day of school
Started a month-long crush on Luke Stalzer [[Now I wonder if he's gay... no joke.]]
Met Mr. Tullis and Jacob [[Not that it matters, but you know]]

Had to dance with Jacob for a unit in Gym. [[It was terrible. He has two left feet.]] [[Gwen and I had Gym together, too. She made fun of me... until she had to dance with someone half her size xDDD]]

7th Grade
Reunited with my peeps
Partied with said peeps [[When I reunited with them. ^_^]]
Met Teassa [[^_^]]
Third Play of my MMS career [[Laffin' School]] [[Betch!!]]
Started crushing on Jacob [[*Smacks past self senseless*]]
Told Gwen, who got us together on Halloween. [[Oooohhh, creepy.]]
Got awesome Christmas Present from Jacob [[*Smacks me again*]]
Found Gaia [[And got all of my friends hooked. xDDD]]

8th Grade
Started the best school year EVER.
Found out Rosie, Abbie, Katie, and Ashley were in my homeroom/first period
Tried out for Pizzaz
Was sick on the day of play tryouts. [[ZOMG I was PISSED]]
Made it into Pizzaz!
One-year anniversary with Jacob [[*Smacks me again*]] [[Terrible one year anniversary, BTW. DRAMA SUCKS!!]]
Got awesome Christmas present from Jacob [[Yet got dumped just three weeks later, if I remember right. -.-']]
Drum roll, please! *Duuuhhhh nuuhhhhhhhhhhhh duuuhhhh BRRRUUUMMM BRRUUUUMMM DUUUHHHHH BRUMMMMMM* THE BIG SPLIT!!! [[OOhhhhh, aaahhhhh!!!!!]]
Fifth/Final play of my MMS career [[High School Drop-Outs From Outer Space]] [[MEGA BETCH!!]]
Pizzaz performs for parents, then Miller the next day. [[We OWNED]]
Pizzaz performed at Adventureland and rode all of the rides [[Our performance could have been better. THE STAGE WAS GINORMOUSLY SMALL!!]]
Got to wait outside of the school with a cutsie lost puppy until the Animal Rescue League came with Krysta Steir, Stayce Robbins, and Rosie [[We named him Buddy]]
Tried out for Encore [[Marshalltown High School 9-10th Grade Girls Show Choir. It was for next year.]] [[BETCH!!]]
Made Encore [[ biggrin I'm Soprano II! That means I sing in a high-pitched voice!!]]
Today, the last day. I'm getting to that right now.

THE LAST DAY

Today started out really well... besides the fact that it was raining cats and dogs. No joke. [[Okay... I'm joking...]] We immediately went to homeroom and waited to be called to go down to the auditorium for the End of the Year Awards Ceremony. [[AKA- Jock Party]] It was somewhat boring... and we could hardly hear anything because people around us were jabbering away. I couldn't even hear Mrs. Whalley when she called all Pizzaz members to the stage! And the worst part was that I didn't even know we got awards!!!

So Katie Bjelland [[No typo. She had a weird last name like mine.]] and I hustled up to the stage, and I even got to yell something to Jordan!

"And Jordan Cline likes Pizzaz so much he won't turn in his costume!" Mrs. Whalley said [[As a joke]]

"It's okay, Jordan! It'll be okay! LEAVE THE MEMORIES ALONE!!!" I yelled. It was pretty sweet.

And after that, they had a slideshow of our school year. I was in it three times. One with Rosie and Chris, and the other two with Megan. It was pretty coolio, man.

Then we went to homeroom and got our yearbooks. I immediately high-lighted the following people:

We went around all day and signed yearbooks, and I almost cried. I said a nearly tearful goodbye to Mrs. Fitzgerald and met my crew by my locker. Most of them were there, which made me smile. We would make our big exit together.

Maybe not so gracefully, though... After leaving Mrs. Gillen a totally awesome surprise, we went down the hallway to leave.

"I THOUGHT I TOLD YOU GUYS TO LEAVE!!!"

We were getting chewed out by some teacher I don't even know, yet seems to need a life. Oh. Freaking. Joy. We just ignored her and went to walk away.

"NO! YOU ALL WALK OUT THIS WAY, THAT WAY I CAN WATCH YOU!" Or something equally as stalker-ish. Yeah, we basically got shoved out of there. Yeah, I wanted to show her a thing or two... betch... anyways, besides that, it was pretty sweet.

I will always love and cherish my memories at Miller Middle School, and I hope to make more at MHS.
