Well, no such luck, MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!

So it's been, what, four months since I've posted in this thing? Bah! I'm horrible at keeping up any sort of journal thing, I just revive this because I can.

On another note, Gaia's general atmospere seems to be changing, lately. I'm not going to say that there aren't still carefree elements, but overall... Oh, what am I talking about. There are enough whining threads in the forums, Gaia doesn't need me flaping my trap about it. Life is still goodon Gaia if you can find the right places to hang out, and real life is good enugh for me anyway, at the moment.

I wanted to actually make some Gaia-realated comments in this, since I have a Xanga and a LiveJournal which I've also been neglecting lately, and posting about my real life in three different places seems pretty redundant.

And who knows, something may come along that gets me fired up that I actully feel that I have some unique input for. Like a certain topic that I just recently came across in the GCD.

People have been stirring up a little bit of debate about the Gaia admins and them possibly having an "unfair advantage" over other users on the site. I've heard of gold salaries, hacking to increase gold and get items, and other theories which make this Gaian go, "hmm...." Not in dubious-ness over the admins, but rather in doubt of these people's trust of the site. Heck it might not even be wrong, even if they did do it. It is their site. They work on it day after day, and the most work for them comes around the holidays, when the rest of us are sitting at our computers, wiling awaythe hours searching for the latest update or experiencing the lates event. They deserve something for that, though I'm not sure that a gold reward would be what I would choose.

But you have to trust a little. The staff is certainly a large part of what makes Gaia Online an enjoyable experience, and you have to trust a little that these people aren't going to make you ashamed of being a member of this online community.
