Prologue

In second grade, I met him. He was the new kid in school, the outcast. The weirdo tech guy. Everything that nobody liked. Well, almost nobody.
My friend SE and I decided to become his friends. I was first, becoming friends as soon as we met. SE came a couple days later, wanting to meet this new strange boy. At that time, she was taller than him.
At the end of second grade, I started crushing on him. Not a real big crush at first, mind you. Just a little bit; liking him a small amount more than all my other friends.
In third grade, he made some new friends. These included BS and AD, and also a couple other boys. With BS, SE, myself, and him, we played "Harry Potter" during recess. BS was always Madam Hooch, I was Ron, SE was Hermione, and he was Harry. Of course. The hero. Who else?
In fourth grade, he was gining more popularity and respect in our school. DB and DC were s couple of his new friends of that year, as well as DG. Nothing really happened in fourth grade.
But in fifth grade, things started to happen.
