Daniel and Gingy rushed up the stairs of the Fire Castle. They were greeted by people welcoming back Daniel, but they completely ignored them. They just rushed all the way into the council room. A meeting was being held by most of the fire council. Elizabeth and Jordan included.
Jordan: Daniel!? Where've you been man!?
Daniel: There's no time! Elizabeth and Jordan! You have to come with me!
Elizabeth: ... Daniel, I hate to say this, but we don't rule under you anymore. No one knew where you were for a year and a half, so we assigned a new leader... That's what this meeting was about because we'd figured you'd never come back.
Daniel: You- ...
Jordan: I'm sorry man, but being gone for a year and a half isn't something a leader is...
Daniel: ... It doesn't matter...
Elizabeth: What!?
Daniel: That doesn't matter right now! What matters now is what's happening now!
Jordan: What's goin on?
Daniel: Come with me! We only have three days to get ready!
Jordan: To get ready for what?
Daniel: I'll explain when we get to the Earth Village! I'm explaining it to everyone when we get there.
Elizabeth: Is it that important?
Daniel: That's like asking "Do you enjoy living?" Yes. It's that important. Now c'mon!
Jordan: I don't know man... You've been gone for so long. How do I know if I can trust you?
Daniel: Fine! Do whatever you want! Just don't come crying to me when the world is about to end!
Daniel stomps out dragging Gingy with him.
Jordan: What do you think Elizabeth?
Elizabeth: The world coming to an end? I don't know...
Jordan: He seemed pretty sure that it was true.
Elizabeth: You haven't seen him in a year and a half. People can change a lot in that amount of time.
Fire Leader: Are you two done? We have a meeting to finish here!
Jordan: ... Yes. I'm done.
Jordan took off out the door trying to catch Daniel.
Fire Leader: Jordan! You know this means you're fired right!?
Elizabeth: Heh, some leader...
Elizabeth took off behind him...
Two hours later...
Everyone that Daniel had asked for was outside the Earth Village Gates.
Daniel: Great. Everyone showed up. Were they easy to convince?
Jenny: Carolina and Kim thought I had been hanging out with Gingy for too long.
Gingy: Hey!
Daniel: What about you Josh?
Josh: Well, Ryan came thinking I was crazy too. Ricky on the other hand... He came immediately. He had obviously talked to you earlier today.
Daniel: Ya. Let's not get into that.
Josh: Don't worry. My friend told me all about it.
Daniel: Ok... How did he know about it?
Josh: He's Hades. He's the lord of the underworld, which is kind of where the brothers ended up.
Daniel: That's a scary thought.
Jenny: Daniel, everyone's starting to get angry because they don't know why they're here.
Daniel: All right get them all to quiet down, and I'll start.
Jenny: All right. Hey guys.
They continue talking amongst themselves.
Jenny: Guys!
They still didn't hear her.
Daniel: HEY!!!
They all got quiet and turned towards him.
Daniel: I know a lot of you are wondering why you are here.
Jordan: No kidding. You said it was important, and I just got fired because of it.
Jenny: What? Daniel, why would you fire him?
Daniel: ...
Jordan: Because he isn't the fire Leader anymore...
Jenny: What!?
Daniel: Just don't worry about it, all right? Anyway, let's get down to why you are all here. Earlier today, I was attacked by a very powerful being. He almost killed me, but another showed up and stopped him. They both left me alone. Later, thanks to Josh, I realized that they were both gods.
Everyone started talking among themselves about this.
Daniel: Hey! I'm not done!
Jordan: C'mon Daniel! there's no way gods would attack you!
Daniel: It's true!
Kim: We need proof!
Daniel: Calm down!
Carolina: I don't believe this... I'm out of here.
Daniel: Wait! No!
Josh: HEY!!! Listen to Daniel! What he says, is true! I am friends with a god myself! Hades! He has told me that Dooms Day is in three days! they are coming to destroy the world!
Ricky: And how are we suppose to stop things that are immortal, huh?
Daniel: They aren't immortal! They are just watchers of the world! very powerful, but not immortal! We can stop them, but we need to train!
Chase: How do you think we can get good enough to fight the gods in three days?
Daniel: I'm leaving that in the capable hands of Josh. I have some special training for Jenny and Gingy.
Elizabeth: And why can't all of us go through this training?
Daniel: There is something inside us three, that isn't inside the rest of you.
Kim: Oh ya? Like what?
Daniel looked at Josh, and Josh nodded towards him. He closed his eyes as his hair turned to flames, his whole body became aflame, and then the flames went to his back to become flame wings, revealing scaly skin. His eyes became orange dragon eyes again.
Jordan: What-
Kim: The-
Ricky: Water?
Everyone looked towards Ricky in confusion.
Ricky: What? That's what we say in the Water Village!
Daniel: Most of you remember my dragon, and he is now inside me, as is Jenny's cat is inside her and Gingy's hawk is inside him. This past year and a half where I haven't seen any of you, I've been learning to control this. Jenny and Gingy have to learn this as well.
He transformed back.
Daniel: There isn't much left we can do to try and save our world, but if we can't save it, we're gonna give 'em hell tryin!
Everyone: Ya!!
Jenny: You really know how to get a crowd going, you know that?
Daniel: Ya.
Up in the clouds...
Athena: They've started a revolt. All because you gave one of them information.
Hades: Well, they need to fight for their world, no matter what. Maybe this shows that this world actually does have some good in it.
Athena: No. "He" is still bad.
Hades: Maybe the Light Spirit chose a bad one.
Athena: You seriously believe that?
Hades: ... No. But he doesn't seem bad right now.
Athena: You can't technically torture people 24/7.
Hades: Unless you're me.
Athena: Besides the point. I meant that he would do it if he got the chance. He hasn't gotten another chance yet.
Hades: I see. You aren't going to let this go, are you?
Athena: I'm the watcher of Earth. I can't let it go. My father wouldn't let me live it down.
Hades: Ah, how is the big man?
Athena: He's fine. There's more trouble on Saturn appearantly, but he's doing fine.
Hades: Isn't it ironic how every planet has their god teams?
Athena: And every galaxy has their leader... a.k.a, my father.
Hades: Well, Zeus is an important guy...
Athena: Just three more days... Then it's over.
