In the shadows of darkness
Scavanging around, looking for hope to move on
When it is spotted
But it cannot be reached
For it is darkness that holds her back

That hope that she wishes to obtain
Is the person who is the closest to her
Someone she loves so deeply
Someone she would give her life for

Crying out for him, he walks along
In another dimension
A dimension which resembles our own
The dimension she lives in resembling hell
With demons searching for souls to devour

She is bound in chains, crying out his name
In his dimension he cannot hear her pleas
When her pleas are heard
He would find a way to save her

She cries her final breath
Which breaks the barrier between both worlds
And opens a gateway to pass through

He passes through with no hesistations
And proceeds to her Hell
To his fear, the girl is nearly dead
Slaying all demons in his way just to reach her

Untangling her from the chains
That constricted her body
Only to reveal deep wounds in her sides
Bruises and blood smeared on her face

He rest his head on her chest
Checking for a pulse
Her breaths are short and stop at times
Cradling her in his arms
Whispering words that brought a smile to her lips

She delicatly put her arms around him
And replayed the words in her own way
Then her grasp loosened
And she fell lightly back to the dust of her pain

The boy picked her up gently
Cradling her gingerly, proceeding home
Home to his world
And laying her under a tree's soil
Never leaving her side again
