So yeah, I went to Barnes & Noble yesterday to pick up my ticket to get my book early yesterday. So I left at 9:00-15-ish and got 73rd. Not bad. So we had 3 hours to kill. The first 45min. or so I sat down and read I book I brought with me (Lord of Chaos, Book 6 of The Wheel of Time series). My feet started getting numb so I decided to get up.
If you happened to see me while I was trying that, you would've assumed I was on some kind of drug, like cocaine or marijuana or something like that, because I couldn't get up, let along stand, all too well with my feet numbed. I probably would've tripped too, had I not been watching my own two feet.
So my brother and I decided to go to Starbucks and get something to drink, because I needed to stretch my legs and I was a bit thirsty, so it's a win-win situation.
So we got there, ordered our hot chocolates, and waited around while Mike talked to a few of his friends. We got our drinks, left, and head back to the store where I read manga standig up so as to prevent my feet from falling asleep. I did that until 11:30 when they started giving out prizes.
They gave out hats, those card-board count-down things, and even a poster signed by J.K. Rowling herself (supposedly). I was hoping to get a hat, but instead I got one of those card-board count-down thingies.

One might say I'm lucky. I believe I am, but with the wrong things.
Afterwards, we met up with some more of Mike's friends. We talked about Final Fantasy XI, WoW, and their pros and cons, WoW's pros and cons outweighing that of Final Fantasy XI's. So after talking about it, my brother tells me who dies in the Sixth book.
........WTF, MATE!!!!
I asked him how he knew this, and he said it was because of people on the East Coast flipping through the book, finding out who dies, and posting it on the internet that his friends knew and told him.
I am now cursed with the knowledge. I haven't even gotten the frickin' book yet!!! stressed stressed
So yeah, I got my book, went home and read the first chapter, went to bed, woke up 9 hours later.
It was pretty much like any other Saturday, except I saw Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. It's different, but still good. I liked it a lot. Supposedly it's supposed to be follow the book more than the original. But it was good. Funny.
