Many long years of watching and listening
Many long years of meeting and waiting
But still
After all these years
I stay as myself
Ive been through them all
Ive experienced every moment
But still

I have grown closer to myself
I have become more mature and more full of knowledge
But still

I stay as myself
Love tried to find me
Love tried to hate me
Love tried to kill me
But still
After all these years
I stay as myself
I made a big choice
It made me happy
It made me rejoice
I decided to stay alone
I decided to be with myself
I decided to never be close with anyone else
And still
After all these years
I stay as myself
Twenty two years now passing by
Still single
Still alive
Ive never been happier
Ive never felt more alive
Nobody to hold me back
Nobody to drive me insane
Nobody to waste my fortune on
And still
After all these years
I stay as myself
Nobody to judge me
Nobody to test me
Nobody to make me feel guilty
I have no bonds
I have no fears
I have no regrets
I stay as myself
I stay who I am
I will never change
