Dead End
Standing here in pure darkness
Wondering where I am
Wondering where I should be
Can you see me?
Can you hear me?
I look around and see nothing
Pitch black and far from something
Its as dark as dark can be
Can you feel me?
Can you taste me?
I put my hands out and reach for something
I try to grasp but still, I feel nothing
I look around and still, I see nothing
Can you think of me?
Can you miss me?
I open my eyes and still see the same
Nothing but pure darkness all around me
I close my eyes and still, I see the same
Can you forgive me?
Can you forget me?
The darkness closes in on me
I just want to leave and never return
This place makes me sick to the core
Can you see me?
Can you hear me?
Can you feel me?
Can you taste me?
Can you think of me?
Can you miss me?
Can you forgive me?
Can you forget me?
I am at my dead end
I see nothing but a blank black wall
Nowhere else to run
Nowhere else to hide
