First, the answers to people who stated their names on my last post: Miranda: 1. You're a good debator. 2. "Killer Queen" by Queen, because you seem to like Queen, and you're dangerous. o.O 3. 12:00 Midnight: The witching hour! XP 4. Wicked; It's the name of a witch, it's a kinda British-type word, and ya'll do the British thing, right? What with the "u"s after "o"s and all that... And it's slang for cool, and you's is awesome. 5. Bah... My memory isn't all that great. sweatdrop Um... I guess the most memorable moments are when you make awesome points in debates. I can't remember specifics now, but I think you know what I'm talking about. 6. Purple. I don't know why. Maybe that's the color a toxic lollipop would be. o.O 7. Well, it's not so much about you, but how's Canada? How warm does it get in the summer? Do ya'll go to the swimming pool? o.O
Kate: 1. You're really open and friendly. 2. "Fighter"(?) by Christina Aguilera: Not one of my favorite artists, but I think it describes you well. 3. 1:00 AM: Because I remember staying up early just chatting. 4. Twin; Sometimes I feel like you're the twin I never had; We agree on so many issues. 5. Well, I could say staying up early chatting again; But I think the most memorable moment was when you used to PM me about Pro-Life stuff, even when we had just met. It kinda surprised me because no-one had done that before, and no one else interesting has done it since. 6. Light blue: Because you always wear that on your avatar. XD 7. Ummm... Will you marry me? XP Just kidding. Don't let your Norwegian kill me. o.O
But seriously, uh... I guess, which college are you going to go to?
Second, I probably should have posted -before- I left, but I'm moving to California right now. Today was the second day on the road, and we're visiting my Grandparents in Sierra Vista, Arizona. It's a pretty nice place; They've got mountains and stuff. Texas doesn't really have mountains, so that's a big thing for me.
It's still pretty hot, and very dry though. My Grandparents don't even have grass on their lawn; They use rocks instead. Although, my grandfather has a little vegetable garden in the back, so... I don't know how that works. Maybe he just doesn't want to mow the lawn, or he doesn't want to look different from all the neighbors. o.O
We're going to stay at least two nights, maybe three, and then we are on the road again for the last stretch; 8 hours, and then we'll be near LA in Rodondo Beach, California, where my family is going to be stationed.
And then, sometime in late August, I'm going to fly back to Abilene, Texas, and drive up to San Angelo to go to school. Yay!
So that should be fun. I hope we get the internet hooked up quick in California so I can start posting again. sad
