"Blah blah blah blah blah Your Highness. Blah Hearts blah blah blah blah blah." said the teenager with spades down the front of his black and white shirt, his head bowed down towards the quirky human Queen. Her red, white, and black hair covered part of her face which had closed eyes and slightly opened mouth. Yes, she was asleep at the throne once more. Blame it on the late night tea parties she often went to after everyone in the palace of heart was asleep, of course they were simple enough to get to. Make a left through the painted roses, through the Hare's garden and into the White Rabbit's house where the clocks all stared at her. But why else would she want to stay in the palace for all of eternity? It gets terribly boring after hours and hours of sitting there on that very uncomfortable thrown while everyone gets to run around and have some sort of fun. Duing the day she didn't see much of her lovely knight, but she would often see more of him at these parties, something to look foward to in the monotonous days of being ruler. The teen of spades finally got up the courage to step foward a bit and tap the Queen, twice actually. But his head was bowed all the while, not really seeing her almost fall from the place on her throne. As her eyes began to focus she barely made a coughing sound, which was liek an apology to anyone who caught her napping on the job. Too bad everyone had been talking to her all the while, and she really had no clue what was going on around her at the moment. "No, we can have that." she simply said before pushing the hair from her eyes and adjusting her crown. The boy simply gave her a confused look and his eyes began to water, and he hit the floor pleading. Jade's eye simply twitched, now she was utterly confused.
"Please Your Highness, can my sister be part of your court? She had been wanting to for so long and i'm afraid she will be completely depressed if you say no once more." he said before continuing his tears and complaints about his sister. The Queen oftened wondered why she let people in so early, she was never awake and never listening. Jesus, why do they care so much, she thought to herself before standing up from her thrown. Looking at the standing Queen many might not think od her as much, possibly only a pretty face. She was pretty small, multi-colored hair past her shoulders, and dressed in tilght fitting clothes. Basically she looked like a human girl, which she was, compared to the beautiful things in wonderland. Everyone here had lovely features that no one where she came from could compare to. Chewing at her lips for a long second Jade stepped down, pulling the teen's face from his hands. His dramatic make up was smeared with tears and from rubbing at his face, which was angled like a female's but just as masculine as it was feminine.
The boy seemed to stop his blubbering as soon as her hand made contact with him, but his eyes were still large with something she couldn't place. "Shush now. She can be part of my court as long as you promise me one thing...stop painting my roses." It was one of the things that the old Queen had apparently wanted, selfish whore couldn't just plant red roses? Well, she loved the white roses and after them being painted they lost all of the sweet smells of the garden and it was replaced with a smell some duggie kid might want to get high off of. The boy's cheeks flushed and he reached into hug the Queen, but something stepped in between them. A smokey figure wrapped itself around the Queen, only alarming the teen in front of her. "Good God, get lost you thing you." she said waving her hands through the being. It finally dissappeared, finally after about three seconds really. Spadey there was still on his bum, but there would be no need for hugs, so she simply pat him on the head and walked down the rest of the steps.
Where was the Queen going this time? To walk along the gardens of course, maybe pick some flowers for her room. On her way through the orchard she found the Doormouse, once more asleep by the trees with a bottle of something in his hands. She already knew that the being was quite the drinker of 'tea', someone who she had thought up herself actually. She found him to be a spitting character of her father who would often fall asleep in front of the mirror with a bottle in his hand. Though Doomouse was much younger and had a brighter personaily, he still made her heart ache for some true family. Stepping over to the sleep being she let the toe of her lace up silver and black shoes tap him slightly. "Doormouse, get up now, you know you're not allowed in here." The Doormouse was known for his reputation, and basically it wasn't a very good one. Just like people can get banned from clubs the Doormouse was banned from the rose garden, but he had himself to blame for that.
The creaure neither responded or moved for any fact, probably drank himself senseless. Rolling her wicked blue eyes Jade stepped away, head up at the odd colored sky as she thought of herself being the one looking down on the world instead of looking up and trying to find a way out. It wasn't often she thought about going back home, but for the moment she simply was looking for a hug from a mother or perhaps even her sister. It had been so many years ago that she had felt anything from a family member, such a sick feeling to think about it now. You're making yourself depressedm thought the teenagers before sitting herself under a rose tree, red paint coming off onto her fingers as she touched a few flowers.
