Shattered Lives
Life is like a mirror
Of lovely painted glass
That in an instant can be broken
And life is shattered twice as fast
Death is the only release
That has the power to cure
It is the only thing
That can fix a shattered mirror
It has no promises
That it does not break
It has no curses
That are not fake
It entwines you
In a spectacle of lies
And like a spider
binds you in the fantsie it ties
You never know before it's to late
And by then you've already been taken by unforgiving fate.
