Don't even get me started on how many people I've met who are gay bashers. I really don't see why they can't let people be in love, no matter what sex you are. I suppose it could be Christianity or something of the sort, but screw that, I personally think that they're just being ignorant and unnaccepting of different life styles. Gay marriage is a beautiful thing, and it shouldn't be banned because some people think it's 'icky'. Yes, you heard correctly I said icky. I've actually come across someone who had the nerve to call a gay person icky. Honestly, how more ignorance could be stuffed into their tiny brains? It's just insulting, is what it is. It makes my blood boil whenever someone starts talking about how gay people are immoral. Immoral! In what way are they immoral? They're not, that's why no one can think of a just excuse to ban gay marriage. So, what, is everyone in America supposed to have a perfect family? Well they don't! In fact, from what I've learned, Gay marriages are more successful than a marriage between a man and a woman! This is the only reason why I'm not a great supporter of George Bush, well, not that I can vote anyway. But still have an opinion! I personally don't like him, and I wish that everyone could just accept different life styles. But no. Apparently that's impossible for some people. Ugh, I've had many online debates about this subject, though none of them were very intelligent on the opposing side, and each time I was wishing that there was some way I could just slap some sense into them via internet! But unfortunately, that's impossible, so I'm forced to share my views this way. On an slightly related note, I also find that teens who kiss other girls just to look 'sexy' for guys are despicable. It's just like you said, Tiff, All guys love seeing girls kiss other girls'. And you're so right! It's bullshit, it's a mockery of love, and I don't stand for it! There is no just reason for not accepting a gay marriage. It's just as beautiful as any other straight marriage, and I wish there was a way of stopping all of the injustice. But petitions, marches, signs, and screaming just aren't enough to change the minds of America. And those of you who support gay marriage, you're feeling the same feelings as I am right now. Anger, anxiety, and what's left of our hope. Someday, it's going to be accepted, but unfortunately, not any time soon.
