June 7, 1973
Today, joyously, I became a father. At Antigone's request his name is recorded Iphedes Orestes Burke. I myself thought it was a bit strange, but Antigone loves the name and I fear she misses her homeland too well.
It is not yet known if those that followed me to Greece also followed me here, it's my hope that big cities are easy to get lost in. If not for me, then for my son, for I will regret if any of my past events should fall on him.
It is not yet known if he is a talant like his uncle. The oddity is that he absent of an aura. I think though, that this may be a mixed blessing. If this absence is due to a present shield, perhaps my son will be protected and never know the dangers I've seen. My greatest fear is if this is otherwise and his void may be significant of something else.
I shall keep this to myself for fear of alarming Antigone.
