What is this feeling inside me?
It is hatred that burns inside me for years
And it is the newly discovered feelings of love
That flood my mind
Why is it that one part of me wishes death to come upon me
And the other fears what it's like to be close to someone?
How is it that visions of my own blood trickling off a dagger
invade my thoughts
But tears that sting my cheeks taste of new chances?
"Who could ever love me, when I'm so heartless?"
A thought left on replay inside my head and
"When was the last time I ever stopped thinking of him?"
enters my soul
When will it happen that my mind and soul are in unison?
Soon they reply, soon the pain will ease its grip
