Well even as I write in this journal do I look at the expanse of Clan BlackIce and its dormancy. It's almost an omen to say it in such a way, like saying a volcano will never erupt because of time's toll on it. But really, my hard work and effort has again dropped below sea level as a deep sleep descends upon my clan...
Except for one person: Supreme. He seems to be holding on to BlackIce just as hard as I have, and it's somewhat comforting to know that my efforts are still noticed by its founding leader. Perhaps the clan will pick up... sometime.
But until that joyous day happens, I will sit here and hope.
