k so just to warn those of you who can appreciate a slightly more touchy feely poem, this is that. i was listening to death cab for cutie the whole time i wrote this so i hope it doesn't sound lame but i was in the mood for this kind of poem....

a heart, a love, a friend

so warm, so frail, so misunderstood. a happiness for a moment, thats worth a life time just to touch. those that don't posses it look on in jealousy.
the cool breeze of fall on a leaf, the gentle light of dusk, the infinity of comfort that envelopes a soul, just knowing that it's not alone.
tears shed at the thought of its loss, willing to give, wanting to receive,
a heart, a love, a friend.

so yeah i warned you.... but i hope somebody besides me liked it.... thoughts? mrgreen
