Bedi is a loyal knight in the Castle Olwyn and would do anything for her King and Queen. In the middle of the night the queen comes to her chambers with a secret request that Bedi cannot tell anyone about, not even her beloved King.

Having finally recovered from the loss of her arm and her near death Experience Bedi is finally ready to return to her duties, but things have changed and the peasants of Olwyn don't seem to have the same attitude towards her as they did before she lost her arm, Bedi doesn't understand why.

Bedi has begun to notice Kelins growing distance and goes to confront him but Kelin is doing his best to avoid her. But there are only so many places he can run to and Bedi knows where most of them are..

Having accepted the fact that the knights and peasants no longer feel comfortable around her Bedi has left the castle much to the king and queens dismay and taken up residence at a small farm just outside the kingdom walls. Fully confident that she can handle everything on her own Bedi has a few lessons to learn.

Bedi finds a young man stuck up in a Tree, after "saving his life" as he likes to put it, Bedi can't get rid of him. To make matters worse he tries to help her with Magic making things more difficult. When thieves decide to raid the farm though Bedi finds that hte only one she can turn to for help is her Young Wizard in training.

The king shows up one day at the farm looking for Bedi to return to the castle as a Knight, she's even welcome to bring Amoras with her, he would do anything to have her back but Bedi feels that she would not be welcome back. Even more so she's finally come to understand her feelings for the king so for him to suddenly come to her sends her into a confusing spiral. Amoras tells her she should return to the castle as that is where she truly belongs.
