The day is upon us.
The gates of hell are open.
From the mouth comes the demons.
The devil is a general,
the four horsemen at his side.
and the angel of death in the ranks.
An army of the dead,
willing to follow to the end
against us all, humans every last one.
In my chest,
I feel my soul break lose
Don't leave me now
May the gods be with us.
May my friends and loves survive.
Now it's time to die.
War, the suffering, the agony
all the shadows, reaching for eternity
the pain, of a best friend, who lies dead beside you.
Keep fighting, it's war, there is no end to it now
what is the price of loss,
almost as bad as the price of winning.
Thousands lay here dead, lying at our feet
Is it our fault?
But we mourn them, defending what is right
May the sun rise again
and the shadows away
may hope return another day!
