The murder?Yes that murder he had done, those years ago, it had been about six months before meeting Sarah, Alex had had to deal with someone, mainly for his father, but this particular someone was giving bad dealings, so it was his problem too, and it just so happened that he didn't really like this guy in the first place, his sleezy ways, just about everything about him. What had happened was that he had kidnapped the guy, tortured him for a couple of days, forcing whatever information he pleased out of him, then killed him, just like that.. without any second thought to it. It was as if he were meant to do that. He had taken every precaution, making sure he was wearing gloves, his face wasn't seen too often, the guys body would be hard to find same with the gun, all that jazz.

In those six months between his meeting of Sarah, and the killing had been interesting to say the least, he had made sure nothing had lead to him, and the one person who was there and saw him, was his cousin Adrian, who was quite somber from his normal 'out there' antics. He managed to keep the secret, quite well for Alex anyway. He had met Sarah at a children's play, he was there because he had donated money to the school that was putting on the play, to which they had invited him to, so he obliged them by coming. He knew not how or why Sarah was there, but he figured it was all just good luck for him. He found out later she had helped the young children with the play and had come to the play that night to watch them, they had mentioned her name making her stand up along with having the spotlight on her, she had been sitting a couple seats in front of him.

From that point, when he had first seen her, he found her quite beautiful and did his best to talk to her that night, letting many others talk to her first before he himself went to talk to her, congratulating her on her work with the kids. He tried his best to get him stuck in her memory, so they could talk more. He hadn't been able to get her number yet since he thought it rude to ask it out front like that, especially after they had first met. So he did his best to find where she was staying, he had some connections so he did find out where she was staying and confronted her somewhat at a store he had followed her to, more like noticed her and spoke to her, then inquired for her number, suggesting that they meet up some time. To which they did, they spoke a lot, he was more and more attracted to her with each time they spoke, he found her intriguing, and wanted to know more and more about her.

Alex, after many times of meeting and a couple of dates that he inquired about a couple times, they had been dating a little, not quite serious, but his feelings were growing for her with each time they spent together, movies, plays, restaurants, just having some good times, he eventually asked if she would marry him. He only hoped that she would accept, within a couple days she did accept, but he was in what it seemed like a couple months' agony for the wait. But when she finally accepted he greeted it with excitement and happiness, she had introduced him to Karren, to which he was friendly with, he didn't quite hit off, but he tried, they have been fiance's for a couple of months, and the rest, as they say, is history.
