Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah, Insanity time!!!!!!!!! Lol so I just got the video set for Insanity Workout and while I'm a bit nervous, I'm excited as hell and pumped to start this workout program. Now, don't let the weight fool you, I honestly love working out, while I feel exhausted and may not always be able to keep up, I always feel good at the end and come next time, I usually have better results. I have tried Insanity before when conditioning with my Rugby team so I do know what it's like.
Anyways I wouldn't be doing this if I didn't have any weight loss goals, so guess how many pounds I plan on losing with this? 50? 100? 150?!?!?! NOPE the answer is 10!!!! Just 10 pounds you say?! That's ridiculous!!!! Not at all actually, I just want to lose 10 lbs, and another 10 lbs, and another 10 lbs, and with these small weight loss goals ( Since I'm 16, losing 10 lbs is relatively easy) I can achieve astronomical weight loss goals by setting small, achievable goals. And in the process, rewarding myself for achieving those goals. Simple isn't it?
