So like the phoenix, I've risen again from out of the ashes. Today, I turned 20 and... well I had to reflect a lot about what I've gone through. It's been an up and downhill roller coaster ride, with dips, twists, turns, and all sorts of moves I didn't see coming. I definitely reflect my name. Well... I figure it's time for an upgrade. I've cried long enough, I've tormented myself long enough.... and now.. I want to live and smile and be happy. I am alive... and there is still life in me. Even if I am to celebrate my birthday alone.. I at least know that I was blessed to still be here in one piece. After the many tragic events you read about in the news...it makes one grateful and very humble. Of course.. I am more than humble for my own good. But... I can say I am grateful for the little things. Don't worry..this isn't the last you've seen of me. I'm here to stay. Take care now....
