Bankai: Yorozu Furo-tsuyoi ['Ten-Thousand Surging Flows']
Bankai Apperance: Ugu's large shikai shifts its state once more to even reach a longer length. It changes its form, though, from a sword to a massive halberd. This halberd has a handle of roughly six feet. The blade section, at the very end of the halberd, is a cross between an axe and a spear, and measures three feet in length. A lone sharp edge pokes out of the weapon and the axe part follows along the metal bit in a jagged + savage arrangement. This picture summarizes what it basically looks like.
Bankai Powers: This bankai does three things. It I). increases Ugu's strength and awareness, II). saps his health as he uses the bankai, and III). increases his damage. The first effect is a simple bonus. 3/4 of Ugu's reiatsu modifier [0.75 * Reiatsu Mod] is added to both the stat's (strength and awareness) modifiers.
The second is a blunt bonus to whatever damage he is doing with kidou and zanjutsu. It's half his reiatsu mod [0.5 * Reiatsu Mod] added to whatever Kidou/Zanjutsu damage he is doing.
The third, and final, effect on Ugu would be the health 'drain' that occurs from his technique. A '-10' to his health occurs every post and slowly drains away his health when he has his bankai activated. However, when Ugu is beneath a third [0.33 * HP] of his health, the '-10' transforms to a '+10'.
