Creature of the Night
the red moon shines through my black injured angel wings,
that mysterious kiss that flows within me deep,
that terrible nightmare i dream when i sleep,
brings the horrible things out of me.
that tight grip around my heart,
as if someone choking the life out of me,
maybe if i go infront of a moving car,
will that put me out of my misery?
that immortal soul that lurks between me,
the shards of light i cannot bear to see,
as though it is i am not wholly human,
even if you did happend to understand,
i am just a descendant from the light.
i am the creature of the night.
