here we go the lights are down
and the world is completely drowned
all the life we knew that existed
has fallen down
all the voices and whispers
and the noise and the crowds
only one voice i can tell
my heart says surrender
but my soul says no sound
i have fallen to my knees
as i crashed on to the ground
i finally see
who i was meant to be
the world i knew became upside down
leaving you and i all alone
the darkness that surrounds us
is your dark and hatred
all the life we knew that existed
does not now
i know that we will never make it
i know that this will never last
i know that this will never go for too much long
because i have fallen to the ground
the lights are still down
i will never be found
because you have let me down
now i have drowned
