The next morning the girls woke up to find a note left for them on one of the end tables. They all ran for it, each wanting to read it. Tina, using her powers, got to it first. As she read it out loud the others sat on the couch and listened.
"Dear girls, now that you have all had a god nights sleep, the mayor is holding a confrence for all teens. All teens must meet down in the lobby at exactly 7:30am. Sincerely, Ryan O'Conner, City Assistant. P.S. bring earplugs. the speakers are so loud you'll be able to hear over them."
"Why would they need to hold a confrence?" Reanie asked. "Unless the mayor is gonna explain what Cody said yesterday."
But Gretchen only caught one thing. "Earplugs?!" she practically screeched. "But i dont have any shirts to match them! Haileigh can you help me out?"
"Yeah sure but we have to hurry up and get ready. its already 7:15 and it takes forever to get down to the lobby." With that, the two girls ran to get ready. The others followed about 3 minutes later.
When they got downstairs, the room was already crowded with teens. Then, outta nowhere, Reanie yelled "Callie!" The other girls turned to see who she was looking at. They finally saw their friend Callie headed towards them with the boys they met yesterday. There was also another boy with them.
When they came up, he was introduced as Freddy. They chatted about random things while they waited for the confrence to start. Finally the mayor stood up by the check-in counter and grabbed the mic.
