So... I think that as of today, I'm going to do the update in my profile on Mondays rather than Wednesdays. That way... it both falls at the beginning of the week, and it doesn't end up being nearly the same day as when the new weekly writer prompt comes out. xD *chuckles* ^^; I might skip the weekly writer from this last week... =/ not sure yet, still thinking on it.
In any case... so.. profile update coming today. Less WoW this last weekend and more anime. xD I watched an entire anime series in one go this time. Yes, I slept. Yes, I ate. There weren't even any energy drinks involved. This time. Shush. =P
This week, I'm preparing to go in to the dentist. This rather fills me with dread... I've been to far too many dentist offices and haven't had good experiences at most of them. Here's hoping that when I randomly picked a dentist for my DMO dental plan, I chose a good one... it's starting out with ill omens though.
I discovered last week that when I signed up for my dental, Aetna registered me under the wrong plan... so I had to get that fixed. This morning, when I called the dentist office to make an appointment, they said I wasn't on their 'supplemental' list so they couldn't make an appointment with me until I was on their list or else I'd need to get hold of Aetna.... >_>;; Aetna said... I'd be on the list as of next month. stare This was met with a quiet and understated... 'next month?!' reply from me and then utter silence until she said, 'well how about I call them and ask if they'd take a letter of eligibility?'
It should be all sorted out now, and I have an appointment for 1pm on Wednesday, but it's just typical of what happens when I go to a dentist... anything that -can- go wrong... well, most of it does. x_x; Stay tuned for further updates... I expect I'll be going several times before I'm done ><;;;; 'Le sigh
I'm starting a new book today... David Eddings this time instead of Mercedes Lackey... I find myself wishing when I go to the library that Issac Asimov was still kicking around writing novels. One of these days I need to complete my collection and own every piece of fiction he wrote. xD I'm sure the non-fiction is good too, but probably a bit over my head...
Whether I do the musical weekly writer, or wait till Thursday to do the next one, the next clothing challenge update is going to contain a challenge to others to see what outfits they can come up with. I'm not sure yet if I want to offer prizes or just do it as a 'for fun' thing. xD I definitely have enough random stuff laying around to offer prizes if I want to. *chuckles* >_> <_< >_> But then it would require more work... so we'll see. whee
