The Girl in Over Her Head
... I looked at the panicked girl, trying to find words to say to her. I knew she would never trust me, not really. She was supersticious and timid, I was adventurous and bold. I got myself in crazy situations, which she could never think of. Looking back, I guess I could have handled this particular situation better.
"Come to the cemetery with me," I had said. It was the dead of night and we were walking home from a movie late. It was the perfect oppurtunity to see a ghost, like I'd always wanted.
Now, the girl stared at me, speachless. Her name was Roxy, but I didn't feel she had the personality for such a name. She was shy and scared of everything, whereas someone with the name Roxy should be bold and fearless.
" I promise nothing will hurt you," I insisted. Of course, looking back, I wasn't much able to keep my promise. My name is Filicity, and I am a girl in over my head...

And boy, if you can cry at all, please don't cry for me.
I'll wait here on the ground in that place
Where the sky meets the sea.
Baby, don't make me be something that I'm not.
I'm here, I'm there, and everywhere,
Alive when you're all robots.
