Devil Paper...
Here's my paper for my english class that I just want to take a sledge hammer too... I'm arguing a point I disagree with.

Nature VS Science
Let Me Play Devils Advocate

As science evolves, the human population grows and many defects accrue. This brings up the questions should they decide who dies and lives? In the ideal world, everyone is normal/perfect, no birth defects, no disease. But that utopia world doesn?t exist, yet. Some believe that a simple cleaning out of the gene pool in this world would be perfect. Others believe that everyone has a right to live

With every child that is born into this world, science takes hold of their lives forever. Removing the child that is deformed or mentally unstable science is doing what nature has done for thousands of years. Even as the human develops, if any defects occur it?s time to take them out so that there is no chance for the defect to spread, through offspring. Removing those that are unsuitable for the gene pool will make life easier. The children are already a burden on the parents that try and raise them ?normally? but fail. By removing them the parents don?t have to deal with that kind of stress, nor do the teachers that try and teach them how to behave ?normally.? The government wouldn?t have to spend millions upon millions of tax dollars each year on the handicap if science removes them before they even have a chance to burden their lives.

However, many people due to religious belief and morality will not accept this standard for society. Their belief is in that all of the human life is valuable. In the intertwining of human destiny these people that believe that taking the life is to rob society of the contribution of that person through interaction and contribution. These people believe that all lives effect the lives of everyone else.

Due to these opposing views it behooves many scientists to keep the deformed in order to keep the peace between the conflicting moralities. Many people?s conscious do not allow life to end, at least not to end unnaturally. These people believe that all live has the right to live.

So modern science is fighting the war with the morality of society. The outcome of which is unknown for the people. The only hope is to persuade the emotion of reality with the facts of science.
