Wow... Christmas Eve-
Woke up at the hotel and was way tierd, I think from being there I got sick! My nose feels like it has dieahrea! I'm not sure wat that means but eh... I went to our family friend's house, Mike and Karen Purdy. They had 2 dogs, Buster and Brownie. Buster was fuzzy and black, Brownie I think was a wenie dog... but I'm not sure.... but any way; when we got there Mike didn't know me at first but when he saw my dad hiding behind me he knew us right away. Now when ever we go there, their dogs are in the living room wait for us! But this time they weren't there! so my dad being stupid asked if we could play with them! Karen turned back into the kitchem and started to cry, I barely her her. Mike shock his head and said "How bout you play with my fat lazy cat?" So he brought out his HUGE cat. She was soft and purdy! get it Purdy, it's their last name.... heh heh ok sorry.... Later Karen and Mike came out and said it, they had to put them down, they were getting old and tertoial.... and they have a young grandson so that was just not working... Also Karen had to get her knee replaced, so it was hard for her, she's just learning to walk again... it's kinda funny because her and her grandson are learning to walk at the same time! heh heh I might have made Karen and Mike sound old, but they aren't! Mike looks like he 21!!! I'm sure he's older but he looks really young! He acts like he's 21 also! He loves Rock and all the good music that I like, he has misfit shoes! and he's always wearing arm warmers and stuff like that... he has this 1 room in his house and he calls it his "play" room, he has like 15 eletric guitars and a keyboard. It has a drum set and bangos too. The room is really small tho... kinda the size of my brothers room... ((aka a small bathroom)) I wonder if he was in a band once... anyway in his living room he has 1 wall FULL of cd's and cool music! everything from Led Zepplin, Pink Floyd, KoRn, Slipknot, to whatever is the same genre! my eyes water as I think about how long it would take to burn all those cd's!!!! Crazy.... Anyway... Karen is nice, she's pretty and you can tell she's NOTHING like mike... I guess oppsites attract! ♥ lolz
Well after that me and my dad were gunna stop at Hannah's.... that never happened. Mike and Karen are a lot like Rich and Suzie ((hannah's parents)). They're very friendly and UBERLY nice! I kinda wish my parents were like them.... but the thing they really share is how much time you spend with them. They won't let you stop by for just a minuet! you'll be there for hours, wasting the day and not even noticing it! so we didn't have time to go to hannah's but we'll see her soon. We always spen Christmas Eve with my dad's side of the family.
At my grandma cook's there were SO many peopel there:
Dan(dad's brother), Amy, Freedom, and Aden (Dan's wife and kids)
Grandma and Grandpa
Neil and Debbie (I kinda forgot how they're realted... cousins of my dad i think....))
Crystal (Neil and Debbie's daughter), Shane, and Cassie (Crystal's husband and kid)
oh and my family, Me, Mommy, Daddy, and Zachery.
Before Neil, Debbie, Crystal, Shane, and Cassie get there, we open gifts, Aden and Freedom get about 50 each and Zach and I get about 3... ? I knew what I was getting because I was the 1 who bought it! then they bought it off of me. I also got 100$ but I would have rather gotten real gifts... money is just paper with words on it. When the rest of the group gets there we eat. After eating we played the White elephant take away game. Cassie is 8 I think and she was cheating, ever time my mom said a nuber ((we didn't use cards)) she would writwe it down and pretend to win! I can't believe that little brat... she's really bossy too. Then Aden ((he's in kindergarden and he didn't win but when he did he's always get girly things...)) was up at 5 in the mornining,way to early for him, it was like 8:30. so he was crying and all that. after the game grandma opened a gift she got from Neil and Debbie. It was a box inside a box inside a box thing. So that it wouldn't fall I put my hands under it but my grandma made a po po face and was like HEY~! so I pulled back and stood there to watch. Then she hands it to Aden asking for help! I was like what?!?!!?! ((thinking not saying)) you let him help but when i offer you shoo me?!?!?!!! I didn't feel good so I went to the bathroom, I thibnk i was in there for half an hour crying my make up off!
All I really wanted for Christmas is a family that cares, a family who always wants you... my other grandma for christmas takes us to a hotel, no gift because that is our gift! But my cousins get gifts, BIG ones, my 1 cousin got a car... she did give us 25$ but is that fair?!?! Me and my brother are the good kids, we pass our classes, we do what's right, my cousins? NO! They crtash into trees, they lie, they smoke, they drink, they behaive in rude ways IN PUBLIC and at home! They get cars and ps2's they'd probably get a mall if my grandpa and ma could aford it! All I really wanted for Christmas is a family who cares that I exsit... I hope I can do that for my child.... when I live by myself... I'll do anything to NOT be like my family... I don't want anybody else to suffer the way I do.
Just because my Christmas sucked, doesn't mean yours should.
