Well, I woke up this morning and felt a lot better. Still sick, but not bad enough to not go to school. Thank the lord for that because I don't want to miss any days if I can help it. Got my other two interim reports.. Making A's. Did my volunteer work at the after school program today.. Quite interesting.. I just realized how much patience I had when it came to kids.. I actually have a lot of patients if I try. lol. Seriously though, two of the kids, which happen to be my neighbor's kids, are a pain in the a**. They try to annoy you and they can be in trouble all they want, but honestly I don't believe they care. I guess this is partly to do with the Dad, but you would think that they could have better attitudes to some of their elders! I'm not calling myself an old person now, but let me tell you. One of my old teachers from 6-8th grade works at the after school program and she had told all of those kids to not say a word-to be absolutely quiet or else they wouldn't get the pizza party and they were silent until she turned her back and started walking away to do something. Then they all started to talk again.. I told them that I thought it was bad that they don't listen to Mrs. Woodbury. That Mrs. Woodbury had told them to be quiet and that they should respect her wish and do what is expected of them. I threatened the two neighbor kids that I would send them to Mrs. Thurman and have her deal with them for their misbehavior and such that had gone on all day before they left. They were that terrible. I just could not believe how bad those kids in the after school program are when it comes to behavior. The other two years the groups were really good, but this year its total opposite. Mrs. Woodbury is one of those teachers that you need to pay respect to. She may seem stern, and she is, but she does what she does because she cares about you. If I become a teacher, I want to be like her. She is my ideal teacher. My years in her class are fond memories. Anyways, other then that its quiet really. I'm going to spend the night over at Sarah's tomorrow night and go with her to the wrestling match Saturday.. That shall be interesting because we have never been to a wrestling match. Well, this is mainly all I have to update in this so this shall be all. MeGaN eLiSaBeTh ~*~*~*~bleep~*~*~*~
