EXERCISE ROUTINE GO!
Dec 5th, 2006. Tuesday. I am tired of being a lazy a**. I'm a bit overwieght. My last physical/checkup wasn't ecactly something I would call trustworthy. The doc said that I was average weight for my height. But being around 225 lbs. isn't average imo. Anyway, i've gained a bit since then, around 250 now. And have been that way for about 4 years. Today i start my hopefully long lasting effort to lose some of that weight, hopefully get back down to around 200. Excersices completed today:
200 Jumping jacks 50 crunches 15 push-ups 25 standing toe reaches. 25 twists(dunno name) 6/6 up/down a 150 foot, 30 degree incline. 1.5 minutes jogging in place
Total time excercizing today: 15 minutes within an hour's period. around 40 minutes of resting haha.
Not a bad start I don't think. The cheetos made me do it. friggen 400+ calories in a 99 cent pack. ******** CHEETOS! THEY MAKE JOO FAT!
