Okay, in case anyone is wondering I got fired from my first real job. Yeah you heard me, I GOT FIRED.
The reason seems to be all me, though my mother is saying otherwise. Very odd. Oh well. See the day all started like such:

*woke up* Oh what a beautiful day!
*several house passed waiting for Sarah to call so I can help her pain her childs room pink. but work calls instead* Um, Hi Cathy (aka- boss).
Cathy: Sarah can't work today so will you take her shift?
Me: Um... *hesitating* okay...
*she calls BACK and says that Sarah says that I"m helping in her in a big way by doing this. Carly comes over and I had already promised the after noon to movies and friends but then I relise that since work has been majorly slow that I'll just see when the last person works and if I can get out of it*
*calls work* Hello? Yes when does the last perosn work before closing? 7:30? That's great. Can I talk to Cathy? No? Okay, can you tell her something for me? No? Okay. Bye.
*walk into work* Cathy! Can I ask you someth-
Cathy: You offered to work the whole shift.
Me: Yes I know but-
Cathy: You're working the whole shift.
Me: Yes I know, I was hoping however that since it's been slow that I can get the evening off becuase I had made plans this evening. But if you need me I"ll stay and work.
Cathy: Well if you don't want to be here then I don't want you here.
Me: okay.. . *a little lost*
*I left*
*phone call later on message machine* Cathy: You know what Kathryn, we don't need you Sunday since it's been slow and Frienday either. In fact come Monday just come in and pick up your check and drop off your uniform.

So yeah, I'm looking for a new job. I liked my job very much just hated the politics. If this dosn't explain it well enough for you... pm me and ask.
