Kamigawa has officially rotated out. Solar Flare, for the most part, has lost black. I've seen countless decklists of Azorius control, with Urza's Factory and Akroma. What if someone did things the other way, and dropped blue? Come on, we're keeping Phyrexian Arena. Dark Confidant is much more likely to hurt here, with Akroma and others. We also have Dimir House Guard to transmute for Resurrection. And Dredge.
