And so it has finally happened, at long last, I have gained a body without my human half. This did not happen over night, I went through great hardships, but I have it. The following is my story, written so all can see. All will know my glory. The following is my story from where we last left off.
It did not take me as long as I had thought to convince my shadow, Wrath, to betray his age old friend Kaigosomeh. Infact, it went out smoothly. He was a fool to believe my plans for him would include ultimate power, he was just a pawn. He and Kai led me straight to the gateway to the script I needed. At first Wrath was hesitant to aid me but was soon convinced to do as I wished. It took great power to open that gate and the fool even let me use him as a power source to do it. How could he have been so foolish?
Once the gate was open I took the script and let its power enter my body, it was intoxicating. The power was a rush that I had sorely missed, and yet it was nothing compared to what I gained next. I let the fool shadow know my plans and then left him, now in complete control of our, myself and Kai's, body. No longer did I have to wait in the shadows for a chance to strike.
Even with this newfound control I still needed more power to reach my old state. The power of a demi god was still out of my reach once again. I soon lured the shadow Wrath once again into my grasp, using myself as bait. I restrained him with my new found power and used him to gather souls. I opened his body to the spirit world and summoned as many spirits as I could towards his body, where I then absorbed them into myself. Once again I gained even more power, gaining one more step towards my old glory.
Wrath tried to convince me he wished to serve me again, like he had done before. He said if we battled and I won I could use him as my slave. Did he not think I knew what he planned? Now he is useless to me, at least for the moment. I refused him but told him I would send for him when the time came to have this "battle" of ours. Needless to say I don't think this battle will happen anytime soon.
It was then that things changed drastically. I met with the woman of that child of mine Kaiuzin. The woman, Yumi, told me of her predicament. She told me she was the angelic half of a powerful demon named Kagome_Adams, who was the daughter of Satan, or so I was told. She told me her dark half and herself were being persued by this demoness for they were once a part of her body. This demoness, Kagome, wished to absorb them into herself and return to her former power. It is a story almost similar to my own only that I wished to rid myself of this foul other half. But this is where my story gets interesting.
Yumi told me of an orb that the demoness possessed. An orb that gave her the power to seperate her two halves and also to reabsorb them into herself. Yumi told me that the orb had the power to seperate my human half from my body but it could be used only once. Once it was used it would shatter and then Yumi could be free and I could have what I desired. There was but one catch, the orb rested in the heart of Kagome.
I then layed in wait with Yumi for the demoness to come, and so she did. She had immense power and she knew what I desired immidiately. It took skill and effort to stay alive in this ferocious battle. Never before had I felt such power within another demon, and this was without her two sources of power.
I soon learned that the black flame technique that I possessed had been the family legacy of her mother. I had always known my father had killed many a demon but I was thrilled to hear of this story. Her mother had mastered the technique of the black flame but had mated with a vampire, giving birth to her two children, Kagome who was a demon, and the other who was a vampire. Kagome despised her mother for this and was angered that it was my father who had killed her.
I soon discovered another startling revelation. All this time I had thought it was the work of the gods who had slain my father but infact it had been another demon. It had been around the time the gods had tried to take away my father's power but he had resisted. He had been in love with a mortal woman at the time and as most demons know, this caused his power to weaken slowly. All the while as his powers diminished, Kagome layed in wait for him. She knew that it had been he who had taken away the chance for her to kill her mother, so she waited for her chance. Once she knew he was weak enough she herself killed him. It had been a battle like no other but in the end Kagome had won. She showed me proof by sending her memories into my own.
We faught for what seemed like days but in truth it was only a few hours. She used everything she had against me and in truth I was losing badly. Just as she was about to finish me off liek she did my father, yumi came to my aid. She healed me with her power and froze time long enough for me to heal completely. Even fully healed I was no match for her.
Finally as the battle drew to a close I used the one technique that had never failed me. The black dragon technique, inherited from her mother's power, was the one thing that allowed me to kill her and take the orb from her. This attack used up al my strength and tore my body to shreds, leaving nothing but the darkness that made up my soul. With my last breath I used the orb and set Yumi free by shedding away the human half of my body. Where that half is now, I do not know.
Even without my human half I was still weak from the battle, but I was a full demon at long last. I knew the only way to restore my body was to go into hiding and let it slowly reform. I summoned Subject~0002 to me and absorbed her within myself again. This allowed my body to reform more quickly. I am still weak as it is and do not have a full body but this shall be remedied soon. For now it does not matter for I have gained what I wanted, or at least part of it. I am now a full demon who is free to roam this land as I wish.
There is one last thing I must do. I must find my father's grave and take the power I have long saught. With it I will once again be the demi god I had been before and rule gaia!
