I couldn't say what it was exactly... it's shape was simply round.
As innocent as that seemed,
Its effects weren't nearly to be found.
First came the boost of energy...
I could run and I ran!
Bounding about, clapping my hands.
Those insane gigles and mindless quibbles that ceased to make sense when they began.
But alas the effects wore off,
I could no longer hop
Around like I once had.
Such a terrible feeling of dreaded weariness wheeling me down to my bed.
