Well, things didn't go the way I had hoped for with my ex-boyfriend. However we are still friends and I am thankful for that. Except now it seems that he has forgotten how to act around me, or something like that cause whenever I see him I feel a strange gloom in the air around him. Oh well, that's his problem.
During the first week after the breakup, it was hard for me just to get out of bed in the morning. I cried everyday. My parents were at their wits end pretty soon. It was terrible. He got switched into my Pre-Calculas class and I couldn't pay attention to save my life. But now, I'm glad he broke up with me, because I found someone at least ten times better than him.
It was Friday morning and one of my friends was walking with me to my locker. After I got my things he asked me if I would go out with him. It was so cute, and just what I needed to hear too. I had known him for a year and he was a really sweet guy, so I said yes. I am so happy I did. He treats me like a princess. I kid you NOT! He even gave me a rose on Labor Day. I feel like I'm in a fairy tale.
