Part I Chapter II
A War Begins!
"Wh......who did this?!??!" Ame exclaimed.
A wave of kunai, shuriken, and exploding tags flew towards them.
"WATCH OUT!!!" Hiro yelled. They all dodged the attacks, and Hiro picked up Yutaka to carry him to safety.
"Can you hold them off on your own?" Hiro asked the Genin.
"Yeah, sure Hiro-Sensei!!!" Ame replied. Hiro nodded his head and disappeared in a cloud of dust.
"This is not good, guys!!!" Kaki said. More and more weapons were flying, and they were being combined with Fireballs raining down on their head. Kakou made some seals: Rat, tiger, bird, ox, hare. As he molded his chakra, sheets of ice started to form a dome over them.
"CRYSTAL ICE DOME!!!" Kakou yelled, and a dome of crystal hard ice surrounded them, protecting them from the attackers.
"This is not good, definently not good...." Ame said.
"Tell me something new!!!" Kaki said. A crack formed in the dome.
"Uht-oh!!!" Kakou said, "This isn't gonna last much longer!" And it didn't. Within 5 seconds, it shattered into a million pieces of ice, and ninja started raining from the sky.
"Looks like we only have one choice, guys...." Ame said.
"Yeah....." Kaki and Kakou said half-heartedly. Their choice was to kill the ninja. they took out their kunai and tags and got ready to throw them into their special team attack: Meteor Shower. They all threw their weapons and had Kaki set them on fire, then they would multiply them all, so there was no escape, and Kakou would protect them all with Crystal Ice Dome. Ame would then make trees grow to hold all the nin in their place and tags would explode all over them, causing an instant death. They threw their kunai, and Kaki started lighting them all on fire. But someone used a Suiton technique to put them all out and shouted.
"WAIT!!!! CEASE FIRE, CEASE FIRE!!!! THEY'RE TEN-NIN!!!" All the ninja stopped fighting and the weapons fell harmlessly to the ground.
What are they doing? Why did they suddenly stop? Who told them to stop? Ame wondered.
"Why are you in our village, Ten-nin?" The voice questioned.
"We were completing a mission, to escort Yutaka back here." Kaki responded. At that time, Hiro reappeared and set down Yutaka.
"Ummmmmm, yeah.....what happened...." Hiro asked with a sweat drop coming down the side of his head. A young man of about 20 stepped out. He was dressed in blue, and had 2 sheaths on his thighs. He was obviously a field officer. (Picture Below)
"We were attacked by Ame and Oto-nin. We had some idea that this was going to happen, but we didn't think it would happen so soon......" He said in response.
"And who might you be?" Hiro asked.
"I am Izumi Sora, and I am a Chuunin Sword Squad Leader of Kumogakure's Sword Corps." The officer stated.
"Ahhh, Izumi Sora.....I've heard of you in Tengakure. But weren't you put out of business due to an injury?" Hiro said.
Sora laughed. "Ahah, No. I had just broken my arm...." He said, a little embarrased. "Well, at any rate, we should head inside in case a second wave of their army comes...." Sora pointed ot a rock.
"A.....A rock?" Kakou said in disbelief.
"Not just any rock, a sanctuary rock." Sora stated. He led them towards the rock and stepped on a stone near it. The rock suddenly moved aside, revealing a hole in the ground with a ladder.
"We climb down into our hidden base....." Sora said as he climbed down into the hole. Cell 54 and Yutaka followed.
As Kakou, Kaki, Ame, Hiro, and Sora crawled down the hidden hole, thoughts started running through their heads. Why is he showing us this? was the one that came up the most often. Sora's voice broke the silence. "We're almost to the bottom!" he shouted. Good. Ame thought, Can't wait.
When they reached the bottom, Sora told them to move forward. "Just a second....." Hiro said. He made some seals. "Byakugan!" he shouted. He saw what surrounded them. There was a pillar that had been destroyed, a crack running along the floor, and a few cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. "Hmmm.....it looks safe enough..." he said, "but first, we all should see what's here." He said in deep thought. "Kaki, use your mastery of Katon to show us what's around." He ordered. Kaki nodded and started performing hand seals: Boar, Ox, Bird, Tiger, Dog, Rooster, Dragon. He opened his palm and small balls of fire shot from his palm. "Willowisp Festival!" he shouted, and the balls of fire lit up the ancient place. Everyone saw what was there. Suddenly, a scream was heard. The ceiling collapsed in the middle and Ame-nin rushed into the cavern. "Looks like we're in for a battle...." Hiro said.
