so i got invited to go to the grandcanyon on a train ride with my dad. its been really nice reconnecting to him. i was wary at first but so far as long as we stay away from politics and religion we've had a good time. we are very different people but i might have gotten my nerdiness from him. i thought he was into starwars but i went to his cabin and hes SUPER into lord of the rings.

hes got swords bows axes staffs clothes masks and staues of the show. hes got of course the movies and books and triva games. IT WAS INSAINE but in the most coolest of ways.

we got to see a shoot um up gun show with bandits before the train ride. we got to go on the train me craft and pop there was a guitarist the serenaded the cart. dad splurged on the luxury cart so we got to sit in a cart where there was curved windows on all sides of us ABOVE the normal train. we chatted and jokes with some of the other passengers, there was a nice couple that lent us their chargers on the way back we enjoyed a sunrise rum drink and tasty cheese cake orderb bites and other yummy treats. and on the way back craft fell asleep till the fiddler showed up then he danced for the train riders and for the fiddler it was hilarious and when he ended the song craft fell down in exhaustion lol. also we were robbed by bandits in good fun ((they were actors)) one of the actors being my cuzin who was the sharif it was good seeing him again.

the grand canyon ild seen before two times ones on a school trip and ones with my mom but i didnt really apporeciate its splendor it was breath taking this time. it was incredible to think people actually hick down there it was SOOO steep and deep. this is a great memory ill cherish
