wayfaring storyteller had heard of an upcoming convention that was really small and only the second year being run in kingman az. i didnt know this was part of rout 66 one of the first freeways built in American history. but after the three hour road trip rout 66 was plastered ALL around the city to remind everyone.

we bought the tickets for the convention ahead of time. it was only ten dollars for the two days and weridly it was happening only friday and saturday NOT sunday. after the long three hour drive we checked out the convention and HOOOOOOboy was it small everything was in ONE geientish room but there were a lot of awesome cosplayes i promtly asked when the cosplay compitition was ild enter wirth craft but dont think we'ld win but told wes get shots of all the cosplayes i love seeing peoples creativity.

the cosplay was the next day. i didnt have too much of high hopes for the convention knowing how cheap it was and that it was only its second year.

despite this i had fun seeing the people and there were also lots of cheap hand made items!! i almost bought a few 5 dollar braclets from a booth but i just got there and wanted to look around first. they also had furry badges there and other furries where there there was a protogen and other fluff butts SO COOL. i also so a REALLY good kp demon hunter cosplay. it was too bad i didnt see her the next day for the cosplay contest.

there was also a maid cafe that looked cute for 8 bucks but no food just dances and cute girls and games they said. i wasnt able to attend cus we had reservations at a italien restraunt there called mattinas italiano restraunt.

we didnt win the cosplay contest but another furry did he had a great detailed intruduction of how long it took him to make the outfit and his heartfelt connection to the furry cosplay. he was the only one that did an intruduction and he danced. one other group cosplay danced and had a skit but couldnt really hear their phone music which was a shame. the best cosplay i saw was a regrats cynthia cosplay and the ball room homestuck cosplay looked very elabrate to make.

after the contest there was a runner up and a 3rd place both being mad max like cosplay of some sort the theme of the con was fall out so it was fitting one was a kid as third place. i also really like a cosplayer from hell of a boss.

the first night we went to mr .dz rout 66 diner they had REALLY tasty pulled pork samwitch and we got a elabrate milk shake but the milk shake just tasted of choclate milk inside but the presentation of the peanut butter mnms on the side and the whipped cream with reeses peises was so good i couldnrt fincih the rim of the shake lol.

the other italion restraunt we went to the next day we had to make reservations for it was BUSSILIN a good sign of a great restraunt. it did not disapoint but i forgot craft had his tail on lol cus we came from the convention we left our heads in the car our FUR heads but forgot to take off tails lol.

we had escargo i loved it craft did not. but he loved the virgin drink he got i got a shirly temple and he got cocanut shrimp also very tasty and for the main corse he got his go to chicken alfrado and he liked it but the winner for me was the seasonal menu of pear raviueaoly or some such thing it didnt sound like it would work but OMG IT WAS SO DELICIOUS

me and wayfaring sgtory teller went to a swap meet and saw a lot of cool things i got two dvds for 25 cents a movie called a.i. and the secret of nimb and waywarstory teller got me a necklace i wanted to get this cute care bear but didnt have a lot of cash on me. i also found a camrea for craft he paid 35 bucks for it.

then we went to a few musems they were intresting one had electric cars and about the history of rought 66 and the other was a genral thing about arizona history and pioneer history native amarican history

also vir kevonoff and craft howler and wayward story teller came on the trip but only wayward has a licence so he drove the whole time and when we went back i was so tired dont know how wes drocve for three hours we also stoped on the way home to a bookmans and craft found some marvel legends for cheaper than going price
