I only watched this because I saw it had Mark Sheppard in it. He's best known for his role as Crowley in Supernatural. Turns out he has a career in horror too.
CGI wasn't terrible.
Story was actually pretty decent. a small plot twist or 2.
There wasn't much in terms of goo and gore, and wasn't really what I would classify as horror, but more sci-fi stuff. the creatures are supposedly from earth, slumbering for a LONG time, but they gave off alien vibes. very interesting concept, but could have been pulled off a bit better,
