I couldn't think of a title because I'm tired today. I had IBS attacks this afternoon which have left me like a wrung out dish cloth. But I have had a pretty fantastic day regardless. I was able to get $10 off my Rewards card when doing my online groceriers - saved up enough points and love when that happens. I also got paid a little more in my pension than usual AND the Sims and Sims 2 Legacy collections were discounted, which meant I could buy both today for cheaper! I'm so happy. I can't wait to play them. But first, I have to finish Liquid Life. I've been trying to finish it for ages and hopefully tomorrow I'll have it done. I wanted to work on it today but with all the dashes to the bathroom and being stuck on the toilet with a fiery butt, I ran outta steam before I could get to it. It's number 1 priority on tomorrow's to do list!
Also, Worldview has the brand new months of the year and holidays put up! I am so glad about that as well. I love the names of the months and how they are associated with each of the gods. And the holidays are so neat! I look forward to role playing some of them in the worldview fan rp on Floof Queendom (Discord server). There was a new info card about how the schooling system works too and I love that as well! Alaina and Noko pour so much into it. It's so wonderful. <3 I hope to buy the printed comics some day. I have all of Momma CQ and I adore that story as well. Even wrote fanfiction WIPs for it. cat_4laugh
There's so much to be excited about. I honestly love grocery delivery day! The groceries are coming tomorrow and I got more ingredients to make my own meals rather than premade stuff you put in the microwave or oven. A garden salad, gluten free pizza, bangers and mash, and some other stuff. Plus a naughty cheesecake. It was cheap and is just the vanilla flavour. I got more chocolate coming too. I remembered to clean out the fridge and put the wheelie bins out for collection tonight, as well as watering my plants. My red geraniums are flowering well right now and my orange lillies are budding, ready to bloom. They're neon orange, the same as Confetti's soul and magic and his eyes. He's a feline metazoan from the Worldview rp. The bromeliads are putting out stalks with buds on them too. And the pink geraniums and nasturtiums probably need a feed of some kind as they haven't flowered since I got them last year. Keeping plants alive is new for me and I am happy they are doing well. I can't have indoor plants that are toxic to cats so I just keep them in planters outside. I'd like to grow some kind of mini produce at some point. Maybe potatoes or New Zealand yams if that's allowed. Although, we have a possum that visits the trees outside my window and plays on the roof at night so I guess I have to be careful to possum proof anything it might eat. There are friendly bearded dragons that are pretty huge around my place as well. They bask in the sun on the concrete.
Lots of birds are here too and I hear all kinds of birds during day and night. One of my favourites is the sweet lilting song of the Willy Wagtail. So pretty! They are cute little birds whose tails wag a lot. Spring is here and days are still mid 20s but slowly getting higher like 28-30C.
My brother asked me to draw him something and write a poem or short story to go with it so I am thinking of what to draw and write. He said I have two weeks to come up with something. I was thinking of maybe making a creature that's a funny mix between a kiwi and a kangaroo, due to our mixed heritage between those countries, (Dad came from New Zealand, mum from Australia, we've lived in both), and making a funny story to go with it.
I still need/want to watch more shows and anime and make time to draw and play games so I'll keep working on that. And I have to finish a few other rp related ocs and posts.
