So it's been a rough week. I've been having gastritis every time I eat anything recently. It's a painful burning and searing pain through my stomach and intestines. I don't know how to make it stop. I already take Pantoprazole at night. I did fast and rest last night and got up feeling okay. After having gluten free toast, I still felt okay. I had some lemonade which was flat, to try to hydrate. Nothing else. Got cramps this afternoon like clockwork. I already had an IBS attack yesterday afternoon and most afternoons. So I took some imodium and hoping it'll settle.
I don't know what to do. I had some days where I was feeling really healthy and had good energy levels. Could write a lot! But then it's been a week or two of bad health every day. I don't want to fall behind again.
I have some plain sushi rice in the rice cooker for dinner and might have a small pumpkin soup later. Just things that are easy on the stomach. I hope I can improve because this just seems like my gut health is getting worse and worse. I don't know how to fix this. Maybe more fasting and light things.
