Not fun, truck was 12/ 13 pallets for 4301 items of merchandise.

An the new way we were forced to use was a big mistake ( luckily it was stopped an we went back to our old way of working a truck. )

I came very close to saying "I quit" twice an hid tearing up two or three times today as well...we myself an one other co-worker are all but ignored anymore when it comes to trying anything "New or Different"

I want to keep this job if possible. Ive been with this employer for over 9 years, an the beginning of next year will be my 10 year anniversary.

Basically everything was not planned well, we didn't have enough help to get the work done as well the trucks size made getting things done a mess.
