Today I finally touched base with A (names have been changed to save the identity of those who do not know they are being talked about). We worked some stuff out finally. In case you are unaware, A and I can't seem to get along at work. I found her bossy and annoying, she I'm sure found me annoying. Anyways, we talked about the scheduling and how we are going to approach things from now on. It was rather great to understand each other rather then just assuming. I'm sure we'll still get on each others nerves a little but now we'll respect each other a bit more. Hopefully.
