I am so sick of overextending myself in every aspect of my life to the point where I burn out. I do not feel appreciated. I feel used and exploited.
The amount of noise that my neighbor creates is appalling. Generally, I am a solid sleeper. The fact that they can wake me up several times in a single evening is disgusting. To have no consideration for others...gross.
My job knows that I work hard. I am the first one in the office, a lot of times I am the last one to leave. I am consistently cleaning up messes that my coworkers create. And do I get any recognition for this hard work? Of course not. But 2 new hires can get recognized company-wide for things that I do every day. I cannot...I don't understand.
