Day 5, June 24th Wendsday
Today we took a lovely trip to Ireland! WOOT! But that was later in the Afternoon. I guess I would call the morning a feassco. A little less then half of the deligation didn't hear the lovely wake up call at 5:45 and recevee a lovely knock on the door at 7. We litterally had ten minutes to eat breakfast and go, because I was with that half of the deligation.
Well, I can understand why. We needed to catch a farry an hour away and swich out our driveer alng the way. Needless to say, despite the extra hour of sleep, I still crashed on the cauch ride. SO sue me! It's not my fault, my roommates and I were up till midnight talking. Okay so It was a little my fault, fine, we're all tired and I'm a hyper night person. Night is my friend!
Anyway... I can't really recall where we had lunch.. I think it was on the farry... yeah it was on the farry. I had this texas Ranch burger with chips. It tasted like a White Castles to me... meh.
Anyway, we made it to Waterford today. A magnificent place, no, really. I was really excited to go there, It was on the top reasons I wanted to go. In thought we'd get to blow our own bowls though..no, too dangerious. But we did get a tour of the company. I took alot of pictures for my dad... who I still need to call. And in the shop I found this cool crystle bowl for my mum. About 10inches high it caust about 57.03 euros or about $97. I knew I would be shiping It home so that was another 15 euros. 72.03 was cheep considering I could have bought an ashtray for the same damn price.
We're staying at this rather high and proper hotle. We're having dinner there, which was really good, but not the best I've ever had. the hallways are so narrow that walking is hard, and the walls are paper thin. But our window opens up right above the dinningroom stain glass window... no seriously I could reach out and tuch it! We could walk out on the roof if we thought it was safe enough! It's not by the way. Well, anyway, the day's almost done and I'm of! Blarny Castle tomarow!
"Whoa! Talk about alot to write about." A man with blue hair read over the girls sholder.
"it's nice that you likeed the crystle place. How was the farry anyway?"
"It was okay. There was stairs we had to climb up after we got our meal and some girls got sick."
"Really?"
"Yeah, and at the Crystle place They asked me if I wanted it engraved with anything. I said no, I had had enough, besides It would have cost more per letter then word."
"No wonder you didn't bother."
"Even thought It's for my parent's 20th."
"Wow, twenty years."
"Like we'll have."
"You just keep dreaming bud. It'll never come true."
